I’ve built my agency with a strong foundation in State Farm experience, opening our first location in Arlington on January 1, 2020, and expanding into Fort Worth on February 1, 2025. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, which gave me a deep appreciation for integrity, accountability, and doing what’s right for customers and teammates alike. Our team is dynamic, diverse, and driven - we’ve created a culture rooted in honesty, growth, and collaboration, where we celebrate successes and support one another through challenges.

You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Cecy Diaz Win - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage client accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist clients with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with clients on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensación: $65,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
